The primary goal intended to be achieved at the end of the project is to accomplish offering full support to the young researchers receptive to the idea of further advancing in their early careers so that they could facilitate their adjustment to a European research system. It is for this reason that the target above is considered to be achievable if the following predicted results will subsequently be confirmed:

1. Provide a number of 70 up to 3-year postdoctoral fellowships. Assist and train 70 Ph. Doctors to conduct their research activities by applying the under-mentioned criteria. The first year is thought to commence by a nationwide competition-based selection of 30 fellows. Their professional results will be followed throughout the entire year and thus heavily count in filling one of the 20 remaining positions at the end of it. Concurrently a national contest will be organized to allow the admission of other new 20 fellows. During the second year, the 40 Ph. Doctors elected will have to make proof of their indispensable contribution to the project if wishing to continue with a third-year fellowship available for only 30 of them. A new series of 20 positions will be provided so that no less of 50 fellows could attest their professional skills in the third year. This selection process carried out on two separate levels is intended to be contributory to the acquirement of the second objective which is to train an inter-disciplinary research team.

2.Attend 240 months ofinternational training internship with prominent universities andresearch institutes.A two -month training is commonly required to be undertaken by the fellowship beneficiaries on a yearly basis. This is expected to enhance access to information, know-how import and stabilize inter-institutional relationships as part of a multinational context

3.Secure the training of the fellows by including them in a team closely supervised by 8 professionals with a permanent collaborative status recommended by their own outstanding proficiency in the field of philosophy, epistemology and scientific research. Varying on the thematic approaches forwarded by the fellows, other potential experts will be appointed to share their expertise for a short period of time.

4. Organize a number of 3 developmental work-shops so as to debate upon the matter of Romanian and European research. The necessary support will be assisted by 6 authorized experts in the field. Other 7 work-shops will similarly be organized with a targeted role viewing a better informing and assessment.

5.Assemble a consortium with the participation of no less of 5 multinational partners accountable for conceiving and deploying projects of mutual benefit. To this purpose, it is therefore recommended that the management team performed a 200-day approximate number of delegations outside the country which is to implicitly conclude what is aimed by objective no 4.

6. The prime specific objective is to stabilize the functional character of the institute considered to be attainable by decorating and equipping the interiors designed to host the project-related activities. The offices to be reorganized are as follows: a conference room of 50-seat capacity, a study chamber, a 4-office area as well as a round table room. The supplies provided include the succeeding items: 20 desk-tops, 30 laptops, 15 black & white laser printers, 4 A3 black & white copiers, a video projector, an internal communication network, an integrated audio-visual system, 2 video cameras, 2 digital cameras, 2 color laser printers and 2 A3 color copiers.

7. Set up an integrated information system to be applied to the current data base that will comprehend a centralized documentation on nearly 420.000 existent tomes and the newly purchased ones. This is accurately supposed to lead to a simplified access portal to information. Consequently such acquisitions as a special software, a server and 10 desktops are worth the investment. The research documentary data bases will become available in a more approachable manner and more than 12.000 volumes will be acquired.

8. The 5th specific objective in reference to promoting the research activity is conceivable if reached the following parameters: editing 28 books, 240 articles and studies of which a minimum number of 70 will be published in international specialized magazines and volumes highly rated, 30 research projects consented by the Scientific Council, a magazine of universal reference, 6 international conferences (3 initiated by the applicant and other 3 by the second partner) honored by the presence of 20 reputed names in the related field and 40 researchers outside the country. During the conferences, communication sessions and congresses, a public presentation will be held for a minimum of 240 works of which 120 of them will be displayed before the international community. The coordinators supervising the fellowship beneficiaries will also submit no less of 20 papers of their own with a patterned statute.

9. The outcomes typical of the promoted and advertisedmaterials are to be evaluated as follows: a web page will be designed to reveal the final resolutions of the project and it will benefit of an assiduous forwarding throughout other profile pages. The promoting activity will be conducted by means of 900 invitations (600 viewing the 6 conferences and 300 concerning the 3 contests), 900 posters (600 with respect to the 6 conferences and 300 in relation to the 3 contests), 2700 brochures (1200 regarding the 6 conferences and 500 containing an overall presentation), 1700 paper cases (1200 in reference to the 6 conference and 500 enclosing an overall presentation), 500 ball pens and 500 agendas to be countrywide delivered in the majority of universities and research institutes along the 3-year project and worldwide too, in 5 countries at minimum.
